Colorado’s beautiful mountains are a perfect setting for us to learn how to strengthen our organization for the road ahead. You can expect this conference to be interactive, engaging, and focused on action.  Our goal is that the sessions will equip participants with the knowledge and skills to engage our members in union-led efforts around our most challenging issues. Every session is designed with interactive discussions/activities, and strong skill sets, so you leave with a plan of action to take back to your local/region.  All of us can make a real difference in education for teachers, for ESP, for our retired members, for students and for Colorado kids by taking our Summer Leadership Conference learning back home and sharing it with other members.  Our Association’s success and our members’ quality of life depend on our collective commitment to our organization and to each other.
