This class is designed to support early career educators on a variety of topics ranging from classroom management to the Colorado legislative process. Students will have a face-to-face meeting twice a month and supplement those meetings with online coursework. This class will give early career educators a chance to connect with and learn from each other through guided dialogues about issues that are important to them. Other veteran, master teachers who are Association leaders will help faciltiate conversations and provide support to early career educators in their buildings and classrooms.
